The purpose of teaching this module is that students learn the true meaning of secretary and office management, Office management includes all the work performed in offices, it has become an important branch of the administration and has developed remarkably, especially with the introduction of modern technologies, including modern technical equipment and devices, which made the role of office and secretarial management large and not a secondary element as it was before.
The students will become fully acquainted with the real concept of office and secretary after this semester, they will understand the conditions and responsibilities of the office managers, also they will learn the importance of the secretary\\'s role and it’s skills, and can also work as a secretary him/her self, as well as the different parts of it, as well as the power of conversation and the right way of behaving and strong communication.
