D. Bestun Mohammed Qadir, Lecturer in Department of Oil, Gas and Energy Management/ Charmo University. He holds a PhD in Oil and Gas Management. He has several scientific research in the fields of oil and gas management, oil contracts, health and safety management in oil and gas processes, green human resource management, organizational sustainability, etc.

د. Karzan Omar Ali

Lecturer at Sulaimani University, College of Political Sciences, Department of Politics and International Relations. 

In 2010- I continue to work.

In 2024, I received my PhD in International Relations from Sulaimani University.

In his doctoral thesis, he worked on Russian foreign policy towards Iraq/Kurdistan after 2003.

In 2007-2009, he obtained a master\\\\'s degree from Danetsk State University in Eastern Ukraine. In my master\\\\'s degree, I worked on the impact of terrorism on the global system.

From 2017-2021, he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal. It was a monthly political and security analysis magazine published in Sulaimani.

He pays attention to Kurdish issues and politics at the local, regional and international levels through writing and publishing research.
