Requirements for Receiving the Robe

You are kindly informed that the distribution of graduation robes and hats will take place on Wednesday, 19/11/2025, from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

Students who cannot attend on this date may visit the department until 04/12/2025 to receive their robe and hat.

Requirements for Receiving the Robe and Hat:

  1. Payment of all Institute fees.

  2. Submission of a security deposit of 40,000 IQD (forty thousand Iraqi Dinars).

  3. Completion of the registration form sent by the Career Development Center and obtaining the code required for collecting the robe and hat.

Important Notes:

  1. If the student is out of town and cannot come in person, the representative must bring the student’s tax receipt. No robe or hat will be given without the student’s tax.

  2. Only graduating students are eligible to collect the robe and hat.
